Cancellation Policy

This booking policy applies to all clients who wish to book Holistic work, all services with “Angel Energy LLC” (the "Company"). -Clients can book sessions through our website or by contacting us directly. -All bookings are subject to availability. -Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours in advance. -Late arrivals may result in a shortened session. -No-shows or failure to provide proper notice may result in a charge of the full session fee. This charge is implemented to compensate for the time and resources allocated for the session that could have been utilized for other clients. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we strive to be understanding and flexible. -Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. -The Company reserves the right to change bookings in exceptional circumstances. -All client information and session details will be treated with confidentiality.
